Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) believes that his latest piece of legislation will prevent liberal states like California from putting dangerous illegal aliens, charged with certain crimes, back on American streets after being arrested. Moore’s bill, the Jeremy and Angel Seay and Sergeant Brandon Mendoza Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act of 2025, passed the Judiciary Committee in February.
