Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste is expanding its presence in the Caribbean with a new agreement to acquire the equity interest in Companhia de Participações em Concessões, a move that will give the company a greater stake in Curaçao International Airport, one of the region’s most important tourism gateways.
The transaction is valued at $936 million and is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
CPC’s portfolio includes 20 airports across Latin America and the Caribbean, but Curaçao is a standout for the region — a growing leisure destination with new hotel openings, rising arrivals
