Hi friends! Happy Friday and hi from Manhattan Beach! I’m here for a mastermind event with Jill Coleman aka JillFit (my business coach and mentor for years), some friends and fellow health professionals. It’s been amazing weekend of fun and learning so far. What are you up to this weekend? I hope you have a lovely and relaxing weekend ahead. Some pics from this week: It was my 41st birthday. I had a lovely dinner with Giselle and Amber here in LA, and I’m celebrating with the fam this weekend. While this year definitely had its ups and downs, I’m feeling hopeful and excited for this next yea
